Items may be returned within 30 days, however, you must first
call Eefa Company Customer Service to obtain a Return
Authorization and return address. Any returns received without a
Return Authorization may be refused without notification. Returns
will be refunded minus the original shipping charges and a 25% or $20
(whichever is greater) manufacturer restocking fee. Should you wish to
make another purchase, we will pay 10% of the restocking fee and a 15%
restocking fee will be imposed instead.
The following items are NOT returnable:
* Made-to-order items, custom orders, and special orders
* Returns from Canada
* Items marked as 'Minimum Order'
** Returned items must be complete. Items missing original
parts and accessories will not be credited.
If a product is damaged in transit, we will help claim
insurance from the shipping company, but this must be done within 10
days. If you allow this time to elapse, we will be unable to make the
claim and the return cannot be accepted.
Custom, Special Order and Made-To-Order goods may not be
cancelled after three days. Goods already shipped may not be cancelled.
Due to the variances in computer monitors and users' personal
settings, we cannot guarantee that the color represented in the image on
your monitor is exactly as the item appears in the physical world.
